Arizona Land • Ranches • Acreage • Investment Property
Tim Holley, known as “The Land Man,” has built his real estate career around one of Arizona’s most valuable resources—land.
Beginning his real estate career in 2000 with a focus on land and ranch properties, Tim has spent more than 26 years helping buyers, sellers, investors, and developers understand the opportunities that come with owning Arizona real estate.
Tim earned his Arizona broker’s license in 2003 and has since been involved in the sale, brokerage, acquisition, development, and marketing of properties throughout Arizona. Over the course of his career, he has participated in hundreds of millions of dollars in real estate transactions and has managed and supervised agents and offices across multiple Arizona markets.
Today, Tim is the Designated Broker and Owner of Long River Realty and continues to specialize in vacant land, ranches, acreage, recreational property, development opportunities, and investment real estate.
For Tim, selling land isn't simply about finding a piece of dirt. It's about understanding location, access, water, utilities, zoning, development potential, financing, marketability, and—most importantly—the buyer's long-term goal.
Whether someone is looking for an affordable first piece of Arizona land, an off-grid retreat, a ranch, an investment property, or acreage for future development, Tim believes buyers should understand both the opportunities and the challenges before making a decision.
His philosophy is straightforward:
Listen. Learn. Understand the land. Find the opportunity.
